Thank you for shopping with Nani Products. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at support@nani-products.store. Please do not send your purchase back without receiving return instructions.

Clearance or final sale items
Personal care items (if opened)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, please:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@nani-products.store.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@nani-products.store.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
